Q. Is There a cost to join?

A.The good news is there is no cost. We simply pay you a commission if you refer a friend or colleague and they settle on a property purchase.

Q. Will it cost my friend or colleague anything?

A. Once again the good news is that it will not cost them anything to meet with a consultant.  If they purchase a property then the normal property purchase conditions will apply.

Q. Do I have to sell property?

A. Not at all. Remember, you are just providing a referral and not in the business of selling real estate. The idea is to share with them your good experience and help them make informed decisions around their investment property aspirations.

Q. What time commitment is involved?

A. It’s entirely up to you. You can referrer as many or as few people you like.  However we ask that you first discuss your friend that you want to refer them and seek their agreement. This will avoid any surprises which could lead to a complaint or ill feeling.

Q. What’s the process of a referral?

A. The most important part of this process is to have a conversation first.  Discuss your experience and how you have benefited from property investment and the professional advice that you received.

Ask if they would like to speak a consultant and advise that there is no cost or obligation to them to have a meeting. If they agree you will need their Name, email address and telephone number.

Fill out the referral form and we will do the rest.

Q. When will I receive my commission?

A. You will receive your one-off referral commission one week after settlement of the property purchase.

Q. What about Fundraising for Charities, Schools, Community Groups or Sporting Clubs ?

A. SalDee Introducer Program is a great way to make fundraising easier for the community.

Utalise the strength of your membership to drive referrals where everyone can benefit.  I think you will agree that this is much easier than running a sausage sizzle or raffle and the Charity, School, Sports Club or Local Organisation can put towards the things they need most.

Q. Are there any Compliance issues?

A. Referring your friends or colleagues is no different to referring them to an Accountant or Financial planner. We encourage you to be as transparent as possible. That is, be upfront in saying you receive a referral fee. Be upfront in saying you are not providing professional advice. Being open and transparent will help avoid any uncomfortable questions later.
